Who can apply for a complimentary VIP Pass?

A limited number of complimentary passes are available, by application, to in-house Sustainability Leaders, Procurement Managers and C-suite executives from cities, councils, government and solution-seeker organisations attending to find, evaluate or buy solutions for their own operations. All other attendees, including suppliers, technology providers, energy retailers, consultancies, finance providers, banks or service providers are invited to purchase General Attendee Ticket.

Your commitment

If you are approved for a complimentary pass, you are expected to attend the event in-person. Complimentary passes can not be shared and are non-transferable.

How to apply for a complimentary VIP Pass?

  • Step 2: Complete and submit the online registration form.
  • Step 3: Our team will review your application and email you within 7 days to confirm whether your application has been approved.

Once approved, Complimentary VIP Pass holders will receive an invitation to purchase either an After Dark Networking Drinks Ticket or ICS Gala Dinner and Awards Ticket.
