Sam Donaldson

Sam Donaldson is a construction sustainability specialist with more than 17 years of experience driving ESG, environmental, health and safety outcomes across major infrastructure and building projects.

As Laing O'Rourke's Hub Sustainability Leader since 2019, Sam leads the implementation of the organisation's industry-leading Global Sustainability Strategy in Australia. He is responsible for corporate reporting disclosures and oversees sustainability services nationally.

Sam's contributions extend to industry leadership roles with the Climate Leaders Coalition and the Infrastructure Sustainability Council, supporting progress towards a more sustainable built environment.
