About Martijn Wilder AO
Martijn Wilder AO is Chair of the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC) and co-founder and CEO of Pollination. He is one of Australia's leading experts in climate change, sustainable finance, renewable energy and climate investment.
Martijn has held senior governance roles across Australia's major clean energy and decarbonisation finance institutions, including Chair of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA), Founding Director of the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) and Chair of Low Carbon Australia. He previously spent two decades working in international climate law and finance, including as a Partner at Baker McKenzie.
Martijn has also served as Chair of WWF-Australia, Director of the Climate Council and Chair of the Victorian Government's Independent Panel on Victoria's 2035 Climate Change Target. In 2026, Martijn was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for distinguished service to environmental conservation, renewable energy, sustainable finance, animal welfare and law.
