Jo Harrison M.Mgmt, FAICD, FGIA, FCIS

Jo Harrison is an experienced senior executive and non-executive director with extensive experience across sustainability, asset management, operations, governance, risk and major capital programs.

Her executive career has included national leadership responsibility across large and complex property portfolios, bringing together sustainability and energy, technical operations, facilities management, asset technology, capital delivery, health and safety, risk and security. She has particular experience in translating sustainability strategy into practical operational and investment decisions, including decarbonisation, energy performance, asset resilience, climate reporting and the ongoing performance of existing buildings.

Jo also brings significant board and governance experience across the property, infrastructure, government and not-for-profit sectors, including roles as a non-executive director and Board Chair. Her governance experience spans audit and risk, sustainability, safety, asset management, finance and major project oversight.

Jo is a Chartered Company Secretary and holds a Master of Management with a major in Finance. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Chartered Governance Institute.
