As Head of Policy, Shay leads the strategic direction of GBCA’s policy and government relations agenda. He works closely with industry leaders, government partners and stakeholders across the built environment to shape high‑impact policy, strengthen national advocacy, and support Australia’s transition through Green Star and improved building performance standards.
