Alice Kuepper is Head of Sustainability and Industry Impact at the Winning Group and a recognised sustainability leader within Australia’s retail and consumer goods sector. She established the Group’s first sustainability function, embedding ESG into business strategy and operations and supporting the organisation to stay ahead of regulatory, customer and stakeholder expectations.

Alice leads sustainability strategy across responsible sourcing, climate action, circularity, community engagement and reconciliation. She serves on the Circular Australia Industry Taskforce and is a Founding Board Member of the Coalition for Sustainable Solutions.

She holds a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Munich and a Certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, bringing a global perspective and a strong focus on practical, business-led sustainability outcomes.
