Jasmine Medwell is the Head of Sustainability in the 360 team at Woolworths Group. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the packaging supply chain industry working for Ecocycle Victoria, Kraft Foods, Coles and Woolworths.
She currently leads customer product stewardship programs, food waste diversion and group sustainable packaging at Woolworths.
Jasmine joined the APCO board as the retail brand owner director position in November 2023 and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
