I am a supplier, can I attend the show?
We welcome suppliers to attend the show as visitors to learn, stay updated on the market, and attend
content sessions.
Suppliers should purchase Industry Tickets here
To protect the experience of our attendees and to ensure fairness to the 100+ companies who have
made a significant financial commitment to exhibit, non-exhibiting suppliers are not allowed to:
- canvas for new business
- approach attendees for sales purposes
- distribute marketing or promotional materials
- conduct product demonstrations
- actively prospect on the show floor
- use the event as a platform to generate leads in competition with exhibiting companies
Our exhibitors invest substantially to access our audience, and it is important that we protect the integrity of that investment and the overall visitor experience.
We are, of course, very happy for non-exhibiting suppliers to attend in a visitor capacity within those guidelines.
If your objective is to meet prospective new clients and generate business at the event, we strongly recommend you contact our sales team.
Can I claim CPD points by attending?
We have partnered with The CPD Group, based in London, to offer accredited CPD. After attending, you will be emailed a Certification of Attendance which can be submitted to your relevant accreditation body to claim CPD.
I’ve lost my ticket – can it be replaced?
Don’t worry – if you’ve already registered, we will have a record of you.
Please search your email inbox and spam folder – your ticket would have been emailed from one of our ticketing partners – either ‘LUP’ or ‘Humanitix’. If you still can’t find them, we can re-send tickets to the same email address used when you purchased the tickets online. Please email [email protected] to have them re-emailed.
We also re-send all tickets 2 weeks before the event by email, as well as by text (to the mobile number you provided when you registered).
Lastly, if you’re sure you’ve registered, you can simply use your name and email address to identify yourself onsite when you pick up your badge.

Who can receive a complimentary ticket?
Sustainability Business Live is a closed event and all attendees pay for tickets, except for a select group of potential “buyers” whose tickets are covered by our generous sponsors. Examples of buyers include inhouse sustainability/ESG directors, procurement managers, operations managers and CFOs who are searching for products and services to help their business become more sustainable. Other attendees need to purchase tickets. More info about who qualifies as a buyer vs seller can be read here.
What’s the difference between a VIP Plus and VIP Ticket?
Once you have received a VIP Ticket, you will have the option of upgrading to a VIP Plus Ticket which includes lunch catering vouchers, and entrance to the After Dark Party.
Is a $1,200 ticket expensive?
Not at all. Compared with similar industry events, our tickets are typically two to three times more affordable. Yet your pass provides access to 10 concurrent conference streams and Australia’s largest B2B sustainability trade show, bringing together hundreds of solution providers and industry leaders under one roof—delivering exceptional value for professionals serious about sustainability and business transformation.
What’s the difference between a trade show and a conference?
A conference is primarily focused on presentations and discussions, where speakers share ideas, research and insights with an audience. A trade show, on the other hand, is focused on doing business. Companies exhibit their products, services and solutions, allowing buyers and decision-makers to meet suppliers, compare technologies, build partnerships and make purchasing decisions. Events like Sustainability Business Live combine both formats — offering high-level conference sessions alongside a large exhibition floor where real business takes place.
