Who can apply for a complimentary VIP-Ticket?
VIP Tickets are available – on application – to in- house Sustainability Managers, ESG Managers, Environmental Managers, C-Suite, Procurement Managers, Fleet Managers, Operations Managers, Energy Procurement Managers or any similar position responsible for purchasing-decisions around sustainability, energy, or operations, particularly from the following industries:
Your commitment
If you take up a VIP Ticket, you are expected to attend the event in-person. If you are unable to attend, you may send a relevant senior team member on your behalf.
Who does not qualify for complimentary registration?
VIP Tickets are not available to suppliers, technology providers, energy retailers, consultancies, finance providers, banks, service providers or sustainability solution providers. More about eligibility here

How to apply for a complimentary VIP pass
Complimentary VIP passes are strictly limited and reserved for a small number of qualified applicants. The majority of attendees purchase tickets, reflecting the value of the event.
To apply, complete the VIP Ticket application form below. All submissions are carefully reviewed, and successful applicants will receive a confirmation email.
If your application is not approved, you will be invited to purchase a ticket. We appreciate your understanding that, given the high demand and limited availability of complimentary places, not all applications can be successful.
Other reasons your registration may be rejected
- You’ve entered an invalid/fake phone number or email address
- You’ve used a generic email address e.g. @gmail / @admin
- You’ve used the same name for multiple registrations
